If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. Sparkle Designs by Karen must be contacted via email (kbrandli@sunrivertoday.com) for a Return Authorization Number before defective merchandise may be returned. Unwanted purchases are not returnable.

We are not responsible for mistakes made when applying designs.
